I add these dried products to a fish meal base, spirulina and Omega One color food that has been passed through the food processor. I use only spirulina from Hawaii. Most breeders do not know how important phyto-sterols are for the immunity and growth rate of the young fish. The spirulina is very high in protein and phytosterols. Commercial fish food companies could not afford to use these ingredients or they would have to sell the food for $40 - $50 per pound.
